Pamela Desjardins
Pamela Desjardinss projects and research revolve around contemporary art practices in relation to cultural management and cultural policy. She has a degree in Fine Arts and Cultural Management, a Masters in Theory and Aesthetics of Contemporary Art (UAB), and a Masters in Museum Studies and Critical Theory from the Independent Study Program of the Museum of Contemporary Art Barcelona (PEI-MACBA). She is currently curator of the selection of Latin American artists for the Canadian magazine, Revue-HB Drawing, which in its third edition included: Gilda Mantilla and Raimond Chaves (Drawing America), Claudia del Rio, Lucas di Pasquale, Maria Luque, and Paola Gaviria (Power Paola). In addition, she is part of the curatorial team of the project led by Beatriz Preciado, Museo Oral de la Revolución at MACBA (2013).
