Asialink Arts is pleased to provide a scholarship to assist an Australian curator to participate in the Beijing Curatorial Intensive, The Museum of the Future?:Curating Institutions organised by ICI and the Ullens Center for Contemporary Art (UCCA) from August 5-11, 2012. The Mission of Asialink Arts is to develop opportunities for cultural engagement between Australia and Asia focused on partnerships, collaboration and reciprocity. Asialink Arts is committed to preparing the next generation of arts leaders to develop the skills, knowledge and experience to work effectively and with confidence in partnership with Asia. The value of the scholarship is (AUD) $3,000 to cover the course fees and a contribution towards travel costs. The successful applicant will be required to write a report and participate in a public forum / workshop about their experience, to be organised by Asialink. The successful applicant will be selected in consultation with Asialink Arts. Further information on the program can be accessed here.
