ICI at NADA Miami Beach 2013

ICI Limited Edition by Liz Glynn Untitled, 2013 Gold, Silver, and Bronze Each an Edition of 8 From December 5-8, ICI was at NADA Miami Beach at The Deauville Beach Resort where we celebrated the launch of a brand new Limited Edition by Liz Glynn. Liz Glynn, a Boston-born artist living and working in Los Angeles, often investigates the process of creation, cycles of growth, historical epic – the creation myths in art making and in cultural history more broadly – through her installations, sculpture and performance work. In the past year, her large-scale installations and participatory performances caught New York’s attention during Frieze in May, when she created a hidden speakeasy at the fair, and with her Big-Bang theory performance at the launch of Station to Station in September. Throughout 2013, Glynn also staged a year-long series of performances at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, interacting with some of the monumental works in the museum’s collection, beginning with recasting parts of LACMA’s August Rodin sculpture collection. Liz Glynn is represented by Redling Fine Art, Los Angeles. Most recently, she created the 2013 Leo and Agnes Gund Curatorial Awards for the ICI Benefit & Auction.
