Opening Reception on Saturday, August 24 Initially curated by Creative Time chief curator Nato Thompson, Living As Form (The Nomadic Version) is a traveling show that explores twenty years of socially and politically engaged art, from community building to activism projects. Co-organized between ICI, Creative Time, and TheCube Project Space, Living As Form (The Nomadic Version) will debut at Taipeis platform for contemporary art on June 29. It is the second time that TheCube Project Space hosts an ICI exhibition, the previous one being Project 35 in 2011. Living As Form (The Nomadic Version) at TheCube Project Space will be divided into two times: Part I International Papers (???) will present more than 20 international works and action files, and Part II Local Papers (???), opening August 24, plans to invite local creators and artists that are deeply involved in Taiwans social movements. In designing these two times, the Taiwan version of Living As Form (The Nomadic Version) aims to create a dialogue between international movements with the local context and content.
