Notes for Now, Tavares Strachan presented a neon work that read “You Belong Here” which traveled on a barge up and down the Mississippi River. This work will be the starting point for a conversation between the New York based artist and ICI’s María del Carmen Carrión. They will discuss past and current projects and delve into a range of topics, specifically, what it means to be an artist in 2015. This event is free and open to the public.
