Loring McAlpin
Loring McAlpin joined ACT UP New York in 1987, and was a founding member of Gran Fury, as well as the collective GANG. Currently, he works on documentary film projects, the latest including Emmy nominated The House that Herman Built and Tegawans Nest. He is also the founder of The Calamus Foundation, which supports LGBT community development, particularly the reform of the criminal justice system for LGBT youth.
