Independent Curators International (ICI) raised over $600,000 at its glitzy annual benefit and auction last night. Held at West Chelsea’s Center548, the evening honored fashion designer Miuccia Prada and curator Germano Celant.

In attendance were artists such as Marina Abramovic, Nate Lowman and Allan Ruppersberg, along with film director Sofia Coppola, curators Sheena Wagstaff, Massimiliano Gioni and Cecilia Alemani, and patrons of the arts such as Dasha Zhukova.

Agnes Gund presented awards designed by Los Angeles-based artist Liz Glynn.

Founded in 1975, New York-based ICI organizes exhibitions, events and publications, as well as offering training programs for curators. Ten ICI exhibitions have been presented in 19 countries in 2013.
